I never knew that doing Campains were such a good way of getting XP. Just hanging around engaging mobs on my DRG/DNC & doing dances. I was getting alot of XP after each battle & didn't even need to do alot of work. I sugest Jugner Forest [S] for anyone who wants to LFG while getting 1.5K per 20 minutes. |

| Journal Entry # 19: A New Book |

I was cleaning out my Mog House storage when I found a really old tattered notebook. It turns out it was a magic book I was using as a journal. I had forgotten all about it. I asked my moogle if he could transfer everything I had written to a new book. I was lucky enough that he could do it. So, I placed the book on my desk next to my bed. I know I've said it before, but I'm going to try to write in it a bit more often. It's getting harder & harder to keep track of the days. |

| Journal Entry #18: From Bad To Good |

The day started off in a negative way. I suited up my monk again and I went to look for a party in Qufim Island. I got an invite while I was browsing the Auction House. The party was well put together except for the fact that the idiot White Mage from yesterday was in it. We were doing well until I leveled. I then started to hurt the XP. The party disbanded after we had a death, but I got another invite right away. This party also had the idiot White Mage in it. He was so busy looking up a skillchain during battle that he wound up dying & then leaving the party. We fought crabs for awhile with 5 members, but that party also disbanded. I was just about to give up hope when a Ninja I partied with yesterday invited me again. I took up this party hoping it would do better.
It didn't. The black mage was almost naked and died about 4 times. We had to keep replacing members because people would die, home point and leave. On the black mage's fourth death, the ninja decided to pull while I was sitting down. He got a link, which aggroed me. I put up my dodge boost, used my warp scroll & then retired to my mog house for the night.
I took a nap & then headed out to Qufim to fight solo while looking for a party. I got to level 25 on my own before I got a party invite. I made a quick stop to sell off my Ancient Beastcoins to my friend Deviant, & then headed back to Kazham. The party was decent, which made it easy for me to sub dragoon for an extra attack bonus. No one had any complaints since I was hitting jump for more then most weapon skills. I was able to get 26 in the party before we had to reform.
After that, I went back to my Mog House to go to sleep. What a day. |

| Journal Entry #17: Now I Can't Decide |

The day started off decently. I woke up to word that the great giant scorpion Serket was due to spawn in the depth of Garlage Citidel. So I switched to my summoner job, geared up & rode off. I sat patiently for an hour and a half waiting for the great beast to spawn. Finally he showed himself, but he was out of my range. Another party claimed him. A shame it was a party of RMTs.
Afterwards, I decided to take my adventuring fellow Savul-Kivul out for some leveling. Savul insisted we take his brother, who is Marie's adventuring fellow. Even though they share the same name, they don't look alike. So I asked Marie to come travel a little bit with me & to bring her Savul. All four of us went to Kuftal tunnel and studied the caves, wondering if the wyvern Guivere had passed through yet. We killed crabs for about two hours until the brothers said they needed to go. They left, as did me & Marie. Marie went to sit outside of Batallia Downs to sell some items in the black market. I changed to my monk job & went back to Jueno to look for a party.
After many hours of waiting, I was invited into a lower level party by a not-too-bright white mage. Taking what I could get, I joined them to battle the worms and crabs of Qufim Island. The party lasted for awhile, without any major problems & I was able to level from 19-20. Towards the end, the white mage was annoying the other party members, so the party disbanded. After that, I hung around the Island for awhile until another forming party picked me up. This party ran much smoother & I managed to get level 22. After that I decided it was time to go back to my Mog House for some sleep.
I enjoyed playing as monk. I have trouble deciding on which job I want to stick with. I wind up spending alot of money in armor because I can never stay with one job. However, I have to get monk, warrior & ninja to at least 37 for sub jobs. In a way, I'm glad I enjoy leveling the things I need as sub jobs so much. That way, things stay fun & interesting. |

| Journal Entry # 16: Trying To Be Productive |

My sleep paterns have been very weird lately. So I decided to put the awake time to good use by cooking some things to make some money. So I grabbed some ingrediants and made 23 Marron Glace & 1 Bjiou Glace. That's about 231K if everything sells at it's max price.
Lately, I have really been enjoying Warrior. After leveling two mage classes to 75, it feels good to get out & kill things with my own two hands. It's really exciting to play as warrior as well, so I am enjoying it. I sugested to Rafe that we level together. We've leveled together for the past two days & it's been really nice to spend time together. He is leveling his Theif. However, he only plans on taking his Theif to 37 & I want to take my warrior all the way to 75. Plus, he can only level for a few hours late at night. Since I am trying to get my sleep schedule back to normal, I decide to go ahead and level my warrior without him, so I don't get tempted to stay up late.
I got a Party invite for the second jungle near Kazham. The levels were 28-30, but we camped deeper in & did well. At one point in time the Ninja got aggro & didn't realise it until she was half dead & the puller had pulled, so we wiped once. Good thing that Marie was around & raised my party. However, after that death from the goblins, the whm accidently cast a spell on a lizard & we got killed again. Again, good thing Marie stood close. Two kills later, the WHM casts dia on the lizard AGAIN! So he dies, & the blm dies. Then the WHM decides to homepoint. How rude. So we get a new WHM & things are going nice. Rafe logged in & I think he got upset that I was xping without him. One of our WARs left, so Rafe joined us for a little while. I couldn't stay awake any longer, so I decided to go to my Mog House and get some rest.
Ah well. More later. |

As I was cleaning out my Mog Safe, I found this old book again & I realised that I have not been keeping track of my progress like I wanted to at first. So, I promise to update my progress daily, with pictures if possible. I think it will be more interesting for whoever comes across this book later on. |
